As you may have heard, I was doing the whole ICU night-shift adrenaline circuit and it was OK for a while… I definitely LOVED taking care of my patients, but slowly, the mountain of paperwork, the lack of respect, the fact that we were *always* understaffed, the being pulled in 9.2 million directions all at once, the committees, the clinical ladder, the “another requirement here” and “another certification there,” and just all of the “stuff” that kept me from actually doing what I loved (taking care of my patients), just *really* started to wear me down…
I decided that I deserved better, and I think you do too.

Important: I only work with business owners or potential business owners who do not need any funding beyond their local bank or credit card. This is for two reasons: 1) I believe 95% of businesses can and should be self funded (the art of bootstrapping is not yet lost!), and 2) if you need venture capital, you shouldn’t be working with me. You need to be working from day 1 with someone who understands that market extremely well and has the contacts you need in the venture capital world. And I don’t. So, with that being said…
I currently have three consulting packages available. Let’s do this.
1) The “I have no idea WHAT I want to do, but I *really* need a change!” Package
This package is for you if you no idea what in the world you could possibly do outside of the clinical setting, but you just KNOW you need a change and you need it FAST!
Let’s talk about what you actually want out of your own business and what kind of lifestyle you’re looking to live. This package will help you avoid rushing into the wrong thing, just because you’re desperate for a change, and it will give you step-by-step directions for heading down the right path, which will give you a boatload of confidence and techniques that you can employ to get yourself out of the hospital immediately.

2) The “I’ve got an idea for a business, but am not really sure if it will fly” Package
This package is for you if you already have a clear idea of the lifestyle that you’re looking for AND an idea for a business or product, but aren’t sure if the idea is viable, profitable or will be a good fit for you down the road.
Together we’ll get ultra-clear on the market-readiness and general quality of your idea. We’ll make sure it is in alignment with the type of lifestyle you desire, and we’ll also explore some business ideas that will make your heart sing and eliminate those ideas that will be nothing but trouble.
The last thing you want to do is make a wrong turn and end up working in another crappy job – one that you yourself created! Ugh!

This package is for you if you’ve taken the plunge and built yourself a business, but either it’s not turning a profit and you’re looking for ways to increase your profitability or you’re spending what feels like 23 out of every 24 hours chained to your desk, trying to make things work.
Something like 90% of all businesses fail within the first 5 years due to lack of profitability, and many of the ones that do stay afloat are a total nightmare for the owner to try and run/manage.
